Thanks to JonB and the ZAF pedals.

If anybody has a pic of the stock pedals, please post one!

I happen to have a set of the same pedals. I like the secure feeling I get with them. With the stock ones I would only drive with my tennies on, leather sole shoes made me feel like my foot would slip off the small OEM hard rubber pads.

However, I am finding little black rubber dots on my floor mat. (as in off the pedals) So needless to say I'm not impressed with durability.

Just my opinion. I do like the look however.

Jim-

I believe they are the brushed pedals. I got them from JonB at Partsrack for $150.

Bad_Byte-

I could see how the little black rubber stickers could fall off pretty easily after time. Maybe a little super glue once it happens. I can live with that since the look is about 100 times better than stock.

Hey Matt I would like to know how your dash was painted? What color, type of paint etc. I am going to do the same and was considering the Venzano leather upgrade but I'm having a difficult time with the $1800 bucks and justifying it. Yours looks nice and I have the same interior.

$430 for the dash from Chuck Tator and $500 for the seats from JonB.

$930 total for the interior the way I wanted it. I didn't think that was too bad and I still have my stock dash and seats if I ever need them when I sell the car.

Oh, the dash is a 96 dash.

Matt,

The inside of your car looks GREAT!! I have always liked them pedals!!! I have been contemplating about getting the same pedals, but have been unable to decide. I always fealt you really cannot see the pedals, because the way the Viper is set up, they sit so far back and under everything. Being polished silver they definitely seem to stand out, and may have changed my opinion.

Nice Car!

i found these chrome petals for only $53
i emailed they company and they offer a bracket setup
or screw in setup your option.
what do you think?
i like the idea of new petals but the $150 price seems
a bit high for just petals.

Thanks for the compliment! I thought the same thing about not really being able to see them, but once I put them on, WOW!!! You can see them alot better than stock pedals and they really help make the interior look BAD@SS!

Jim-

I thought the same thing about the $150 price, but what're you going to do? The look made up for the price in my mind, and please don't try to change my mind! Them pedals are nice looking, but the only thing that scares me about them is how long will it take to get all scratched up and not have a nice look? If they'll last, I'd get them! The pedals I bought have raised black rubber pads so your shoes don't scuff them.

Matt,
Nice pic!!! little helpers are great!!!

yes i love the petals you have and i am really tempted to buy
the kind you have but i am going to go for the chrome for $53 if they **** i will go with yours... i am gambling here... if they work and wear out (scratched up too badly ) but i like them
i can go through 3 sets before i hit the $150 mark.
