Last night at 7:30pm I drove away from the dealer in my new silver SRT10. It's quite a machine. I want to thank everyone here that has given me input in the last few weeks, since I have had only Corvettes since 1991, the Viper is a new experience, which I belive will be a wonderful experience! Next order of business is finding a local Viper club in the Los Angeles or Ventura County area.

I had given up on you. CONGRATULATONS and drive it good health and happiness. I broke mine in slowly, so that when I, finally, first got on it, I couldn't believe it. You are going to be extremely happy.

Ron: You made the right choice. These cars are great and comfortable to drive. When you break it in e-mail me and we can do Angeles Crest Hwy. Fun run and a lot of turns.

As Joe noted, your first year is free.

The PROBLEM IS, that the system is SLOW...takes a long time for VCA HDQ to get your name to a Regional President...complicated by the NEW FEDERAL REG'S that will not allow D-C to give the name out to a 3rd party until the new car buyer SIGNS a wavier to permit same (EVEN TO THE VCA). We just received one this past week that signed the permission wavier in early June...2.5 month delay...so they MISSED MOST of the action packed summer events !!!

As noted twice above...contact your Region YOURSELF NOW so that they can include you!!!

Ronnie, great choice on the color, it will grow on ya, unlike red that seems to overwhelm you in the begining, and whears on you after awile, reds still my second choice though.

Hope my description of the SRT compared to the Vette was correct.

Now, let the mods begin.
