nitrous mount

How can I mount the nitrous purge through the nact duct? Does it need to be on an angle and does the tube need to stick out that far? Thanks for any info or suggestions!!!

That would be a cool place to purge the nitrous but I don't think it would work to well. Remember, you have to open the hood every now and then.(more because its a viper ) I bought a blue lighted LED purge for my car and mounted the purge valve inside the fresh air intake on the passenger side so it will purge out through the grill. It is cool! Sprays through the grill and it is blue in color. Through the duct would be different as well if it will work.

I've seen a picture of someone purging it through the fender vents over the tires.

Saw your car yesterday at SpeedTek and talked to Eric whose doing your install. He will do a good job for you. The purge nozzle can be mounted in the air box pointed out of the NACA duct. Paint it black and you won't notice it unless you're looking hard. I used a single nozzle with a dual V spray pattern. Nothing mounts on the hood itself.

Is ZEX just an LED module, or is it a complete LED and valve like the NOS brand one?

Does it have to be absolutly pitch black, or is the LED light still visable at night with street lights here and there? (I saw a demo video of one, but it was in a pitch black environment, you can see it at: http://www.enormisstore.com/pd_zex_nitrous_purge.cfm )
