Life is full of tough decisions. I was looking toward going to No Prob. on Sept. 6th but now have been made aware the Viper Days will be in Dallas Oct. 18th. No. Prob raceway is only $130 and Viper days is ~$650 (with med-stats). Is Viper Days worth the increase in $$$$?

My wife will be the one that gets to drive (promised her as a Valentine gift-wonder if she would get pissed if I changed my mind?) and I get to be the pit b*tch. Neither one of us has ever raced so we can't share a car :(

Which would you do?

Bill

Hmm, sounds like you should do both since the guys involved in both events are friends of mine. Problem solved!

If all you care about is access to the track, Viper Days is not a very good deal. However, Viper Days is Chock-o-Block full of knowledgeable Viper driving instructors, Viper owners and Viper service folk. Makes for a pretty good place to get to know your Viper.

I don't understand, the events are over a month apart, why can't you do both? Since NoProblem is first give it a try. It's affordable and afterwards you will be addicted and you'll have some experience for ViperDays. Wife and hubby can share the same car, just talk to the organizers about it.

Good luck. Let us know how you and your wife like it.

You both can drive at NPR Sept. 6th. I was going to do the same with my wife, but she wants to ride along this time. Sh races the car in the Autocross series. For the money, you both should drive at NPR!!!
