Go to http://dev.narraonline.com/uspde-performance-driver-education.html choose which PDE driver you and your friend are. Then scroll to the event registration area. Choose the PDE group you want either "PDE" or "SOLO PDE" sign up and pay by Credit Card. At this point you probably can't sign up for the Saturday night dinner. Yes your friends Vette is welcome.
The NARRA web site is comprehensive, you can print out the various froms you may need there.
BTW if it rains you get twice the car control experience for the same money
