oh my gosh! My service manager and district parts manager got canned!

I don't think I caused this, but at Susan Schien Dodge, both guys I was working with got canned! I was told that they got numerous complaints from customers about things not being done. (This is the dealer that kept screwing up on my Viper).

I ended up just looking for the oil leak myself. I got tired of letting them mess with it. I narrowed it down, thanks to my buddy Doug Levin...giving me advice on how to "stare oil leaks down". heh! I still haven't resolved it yet and don't think I will let the dealer mess with it unless the oil leak kicks my butt! Don't worry Yoda..umm..I mean Doug, I won't give up!

With all the belt tighteningin the car biz these days..i guess they could have been canned because they were helping customers too much! (According to the bean counters that don;t understand things like customer loyalty, etc.)
