Thanks Austin and all; yes emo, I am from Seattle (actually Renton), and I added the 18", 2002 take off wheels this past winter. If you click on my avatar, you will see the car with the 17", stock wheels - I love the new ones. The pictures were taken on a cloudy day, typical here in the spring, so the high brilliance is missing. EMO, I should know you, do I?? Let me know.
Here is another picture:

SnakeDreamer,
I have been toying with the idea of painting my car WHITE, that is BRIGHT WHITE. The current color is Stone White, and is actually off white/light cream, the stock color for the white stripes on the blue/white Vipers. I have it parked in the garage next to our WHITE Chrysler (bright white) Town and Country Van, and no matter how much polishing I do, it will not become that white. I would, however, have the Blue Stripes.

Don,

We talked on the phone a few times about a year or so.
You told me were to find a locking gas cap,and helped me get in touch with VCA for membership.

Those white & blue RT-10s look good enough to be honorary YELLOW Vipers! :D

Nice car. I just had a wing added to the car, as I feel it completes the Rt/10.

I was toying with the idea of going with the new 18" wheels instead, but looking at both pictures of your car, I still say the 17" wheels look nicer (my opinion, of course.) I would love 18" (even 19") but I really like the design and look of the 17" wheels the best. I've compared it to a ton of other 5 spoke wheels, and I just think the stock 17s are so well designed (they look agressive, compared to the 18's which look more elegant -- like something I would see on a BMW.) It was a hard choice for me to send off some stock '97 17" wheels to get chromed, since the tires for the 17" are almost twice as much as the 18" wheels, now. I'm waiting for my chromies to get back any day, now.
