Re: Frame pic

These are the after repair frame pic.
Those are nasty chain marks , he obviously didn't pull it correctly, and was just brutal with his anchoring, kinks still left there after repair, Man this is a Viper not a 77, chev pick up, they have to be finessed not torchered...get it shipped up here and I will fix it for you

A high performance car and a poor repair does not fit - never.
Hope you get it done right!

I have spoken to the Manager that oversee's all service managers and sent her the pics. I ll most likely have to take it in for them to look at.
Also, I have opened up a dispute with my Credit Card company about what I was charged for the repair. I informed them it was done poorly (now I need write ups from dealers/mechanics) and would like the full price refunded. I paid with this particular credit card just in case I was unhappy with the repair so hopefully they will do me good as they have done before.

Thanks Chuck (Tator Dodge) for the advice. I spoke with Chuck for all of 4 minutes and he described how my Viper was handling/driving to a 'T'. So much that for a second I thought Chuck, somehow, went into my house, borrowed my Viper and drove it around the block a couple time'.

Currently, its at the dealership being checked for the errors they made. I assume they will try to offer a refix, but thats not going to happen. I am fighting to get my money back and take it to Safford Dodge (Jeff)(Recommended by members on VCA) for corrections.

Once again, thanks goes to everyone and especially Chuck. I will provide updates soon.
