Well, for one thing, simply ratioing the Z06 produces:
505{Corvette} * 513{8.4L Viper} / 427{Corvette} = 606
So that should be a starting point.

Ok, I've been silent for about a year and a half, as I was asked / told to be.
I was accidentally cc'd on an e-mail between some people at DCX in regard to a project.
The date of the e-mail was March 2004 (I'm looking at it right now as I printed it).
I was immediately called after I received it and asked to delete it / forget it. No problem, I said.
Here are the last couple lines directly from the e-mail.
"Good luck! 37 months to production? We'll support it from the SQA side"
signed XXXX
PS. When can I get a ride?"
37 months would be right at about April 2007.

When referring to the gen 4 Viper, are we expected a body change? Or is this a mid cycle engine enhancement? Not that 600 horsepower is not exciting enough on its own. I am just trying to determine if I should mod my GTS and expect to keep it for 3-4 years or if I should focus on the gen 4. The SRT is a nice looking car as is the coupe. When I get my next Viper I want to get year 1-2 of the latest body style and not come in mid cycle.
