I did some searches and saw this was due to faulty skip shift eliminator. I don't know if I have one. Car seems to shift into every gear without an issue. But, then again I don't drive it where the skip shift would work. Should I just order a new one and put it?

Also, for the O2 sensors. Is there a detailed write up on how to remove the sills? I plan putting the spark plug non foulers and making sure wires haven't fried.

Car came will full exhaust and I didn't buy it from original owner. So, just trying to get rid of lights so I can sell it easier if I decide to.

Skip shift solenoid may have been unplugged so that it won't work.
Car with 'full exhaust' may not have the rear O2's anymore either, and hence the codes.

You'll have to get under and look.

Yes, I would suspect that one of those cheap eliminators failed. You can picture a person assembling it at 2 cents a part after just having learned which end of a soldering iron to hold. Or, just plug the skip shift connector back in and live with the occasional nanny block.

Check O2 sensor wiring/connectors/simulators for melting or other damage. Also check fuses, and see if you can get the car into reverse.

How do I remove the sills? And it goes into reverse.

Check under the car first, and make sure it even has downstream O2 sensors plugged in before you go and pull the sills. Also check and see if the Skip Shift solenoid is plugged in, or if it is unplugged/has an eliminator plugged in its place.
