Passenger window goes up too far

Been gone a while and just rejoined. Wife and I miss the meetings and people. Got a problem with the car. Passenger window goes up just a lil too far and makes a loud creaking sound from the door interior.
There was a thread here about reprogramming BCM, but I cannot find it.
If someone could please repost, greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, John

i remember with my Gen 3, it was one year old and same thing happened. took it to the dealer and he said the motor was burning hot, like as if it was stuck on the up position. Was covered under warranty so dont know what the exact fix was

do a reset on the window. Put window all the way down and hit the down button 3x then all the way up and hit the up button 3x and it should reset.

Noticed on my 04 if the key is inserted in the ignition with the drivers door open the window does not drop down when door is closed which I suspect is by design. Not sure about passengers side.
