Anyone know anything on the paxton. Just unfounded rumors? My 01 has headers,hi flow cats, corsa exhaust & Cast pistons. Just want a turn key without constant tuning. The 01 does make it to the track for road courses. I have put over 300 miles on it in one day. Leary of any heat issues trying to put 2-3 hundred miles on it on in two consective road course days. :usa: :usa:

We have had no problems with the shop installs of the cream puffs, but you MUST stick to the rules. No bigger boost pulleys and PLEASE have a qualified shop do the install. I have a PCM flash for the car also that compliments the piggy back operation and puts a bit more of the 'tuning' work on the PCM. Little less lead timing goes a LONG way on a creampuff....

Like any power adder (NOS comes to mind) there will be horror stories of the installs and blown motors, but there is usually something else (or more) to the story (who can blame people for wanting more power though)

Not mine. Outta the box install, have never put a pulley on it. Still has original seal on the blower. So Take my warning. I gain nothing from telling you the truth. Jason along with others, have a vendor relationship to protect.

But I concure, have a professional do the install, cours thats not the issue, its the "out of the box tune" you get with the system that is the Tick.. tick.. tick..
