I'm getting ready to plumb in my catch can and want to be able to take everything apart and get it back together as quickly as possible. To do that I need to buy all of my parts ahead of time. I have the catch can system completely covered, but just have one question related to it.

I'm pretty sure the PCV ports in the valve covers are threaded, so I need to buy plugs for them. Does anyone know the thread size? It's a 2003 with the ports at the back of the covers if that makes any difference.

On a separate note, my spark plug wire holders are pretty much shot. I've looked around and see a lot of nice, billet holders, but they "just" hold the wires. Does anyone know of any replacements out there that still push down on the valve cover bolts and actually hold the wires up and out of the way?

The ports on the valve covers are NOT threaded. The barb fittings are press-fit into the valve cover. You will need to tap them yourself.

Spark plug looms are non-existent for these cars. You can get 8, 4, 6, 12......but no 10.
Get the latest revision from Dodge. They're much nicer than the first version, and large enough to hold the big, thick aftermarket wires.

They sure weren't tapped, but they are now! :)

I tapped the old PVC holes and installed 5/8" socket head set screws, so they are nice and flush with the top of the valve cover.
My biggest pain in the ass was finding a 37/64 drill bit to drill the holes I needed to tap for the new fittings. Got that knocked out though.
Just have to make the hoses and then button it all back up this weekend.
