Hi! Does anyone have the telephone number for The Viper Store? There website doesn't list it and I have been unable to get customer service by sending them emails.

Here's the scoop...I purchased a brochure from them and it arrived damaged. I returned it to them 4 months ago and haven't heard from them. I have sent them many emails and they have chosen not to provide me with any solutions. So I thought I would try calling them to see what is up.

Good luck. I had some issues with a purchase from them last year. After some heated e-mails, they ended up returning all my money, including any postage I paid to purchase the item and the return postage.

In a that sense, I considered it an honest, reputable company, even though I hated for it to get that far.

wow the viper store is way over priced!!! IMO. When I purchased my exhaust from JonB he sent me a a 2006 viper prochure for free and a viper dicast car.

Thanks for the info! They have chosen to ignore my emails for a long time. It's funny that a online company that has a "Customer Service Policy" is giving me the cold shoulder. It sounds like that is exactly what you got too.

I have bought 99% of my stuff from JonB with the exception of this brochure. I will definitely not buy anything from them anymore.

It should not take 4 months to get an answer from a vendor, hell it should not take more than 1 day except on the weekend. For another thing you the customer should not have to get your dander up because of some company takes your money and then drops off the face of the earth. This is what makes the rest of us VCA Sponsors look bad too. Remember it is the service after the sale that really counts. We are availble 24/7 unless I am sleeping or___________.

I bought some headlight tints from them that didn't fit. I e-mailed them and they said to return it and they would replace it with some that fit but that was 2 months ago. Also ordered a red with white stripe diecast model that came with no stripes. I decided not to send it back for fear I would never see it again. Won't order from them again either.

Looks like quite a tally of unsatisfied customers their racking up. I hate to give up site revenue, but maybe the administrators should look into nixing them as site sponsers. Just my .02

I emailed them once about a front emblem as I was purchasing my viper. I had noticed that their location listed on the website is about 10 minutes from my house. I wanted to see if I could just come by with my viper and purchase the emblem in person to save on shipping. They replyed back and said no that, that would not be possible.

I didn't buy from them.

Wow! Very, very interesting.

I contacted The Viper Store today and asked them what they were planning on doing with my return. Apparently they received the brochure at the end of October/06! Then the lady asked me if I wanted a refund? She said that she would have someone get back to me. I am still waiting for that phone call.

Since the middle of October/06 I have sent them 5 emails with all the details (shipping tracking number, reason for return, etc.) and received only one reply. Their email reply mentioned nothing about receiving the brochure and they didn't provide me with any other assistance! I honestly think I have lost $45 + shipping + shipping for this brochure!!

Any ways, I will continue calling them in the hope that a solution will be provided to me...4 months later.

if you paid with a credit card, you would be better off getting the money back through you credit card company.

We just had a run-in with the ViperStore recently too. My wife ordered a set of polished guage bezels late Sept. for my b-day in mid-October. By the end of Oct. she finally got to speak to a live person. It took another month for the answer; They didn't have any in stock to sell and didn't know when they could get them in. The wife requested a refund and she too got the, "I'll have to have someone call you..."

Being the red-head she is, the wife called back several times and finally got a refund. Way too much hassle and the communication was horrible. And I got no Viper goodies for my B-day :(
