This is the setup I got from PartsRack. Its pretty dirty, but its supposed to rain anyway. The pink line on the canards was just a marker used to position them, I washed them off in the trailer pic.

Taking it to autobahn tomorrow to warm up the new setup. Unfortunately I don't have my in-car camera setup finished yet. :(

Thanks guys.

The wing looks pretty large in the pic, but in person it looks just the perfect size for the car. After spending some time with the car with the wing, it really makes a lot of other wings appear obviously too small for the car. Since I road race, i wanted a functional wing, this should work well I hope.

All parts are composite/carbon fiber. The rear wing isn't as strong as the ACR's, but its also only a fraction of the cost.

Suspension is upgraded with KW's.

Forecast is slight rain for tomorrow, and if thats the case the car isn't going out on the R6's.. I'll only take it out if its absolutely 100% clear and dry.

Also, as you can see I had to build some ramps, which sucked, and are heavy. You can order some pretty awesome light ramps from raceramps.com, so I have a set of those on order now that I know the ramp angle the car needs.

I had to order the extensions from raceramps.com; even with the longest profile ones(which I already had) the ACR splitter wanted to rub....with the extensions there are no issues. once the car is at its highest point the extensions can be taken off until you roll the car back off......

have you considered painting the rear spoiler side wings blue body color? it might help tie it all in a bit more.

otherwise, it looks great. :2tu:

Thanks for all the kind words.

I put my VIN in the control panel and even PM'd someone. I am an enthusiast though so the title is fitting.

I actually was going to have the wing painted. When I dropped it off I asked for that to be done. After they installed it, they held off cause it looked so good and I'm glad they did. The car looks REALLY great in person. I'm sure a painted wing would look great, but I don't think it would look as mean. Right now the wing/splitter/canards/wheels all match, and it just has that look to it.

The side parts are side splitters.

I'm off to the track. Hopefully the weather works out in our favor.

So I'm back from the track and have completed my "power" nap.

It was damp the first few sessions so I was very cautions with the car. I went out with an instructor each time and learned a ton about the track. Before my third session I went out with Zach (CamaroZach) in his C6, man he's a serious driver and his car is sick.. so sick in fact that I had to ask him to drop me off after about 10 minutes because I was getting nautious! It is NOT easy being a passenger.

Fourth session I took the car out and it was nice and dry. Car felt real good. My brakes are AWESOME. Brakeman 3's with SRF fluid. I do need to add some brake cooling though for a smaller track like autobahn. I was running pretty good until I got passed by a couple lotus elises and my line started getting sloppy so I decided to call it.

All in all though the car felt really solid at speeds. I only squeeled the tires at very low speeds. I love these tires (Hoosier R6's) over the PS2's though as I can actually HEAR them over the loud exhaust when they slip.

The real test of the aero/setup will be when I go to Road America in a couple of weeks. Should be fun!

As far as tuning stuff goes. I'm working on tuning for my specific viper as much as I can but we'll likely support the newer vipers first publicly. They run the NGC3 controller which is CAN, much like the hemi's we'll be supporting. Unfortunately dodge in their infinite wisdom decided that even modern vipers like an 06 should carry an ancient ECM called the JTEC+. Owning a Viper though I am very motivated to put out the product. :)
