I thought I would share these photos of my new race car:

The car is a 2006 Coupe that is built for SCCA's Super Touring Over (STO) class. Mininum wieght is 3300 lbs, and the motor makes 525 RWHP.

Mark Jorgenson @ Woodhouse, Jon @ PartsRack, and the gang at Roe Racing have been very helpful in supplying parts for this project. Kryderacing in Canal Fulton, OH has been putting this baby together. Mark McMahan of rollcageguy.com did a fantastic job on the rollcage! Carbotech supplies the brakes and Hoosier the tires.

The car is not quite finished. This was a wrecked car we bought from the insurance company after it was totaled. The paint was applied to the fascia and the left front fender only, because I was waiting on my CF hood. When it became apparent that the aftermarket hood was not going to arrive in time for last weekend, I had the factory hood repaired. The stripes will eventually go back on, unless I go back to my 2009 "stars and stripes" livery.
