In preparation for a new Viper, I will be pruchasing a 4-post lift for the garage. To aid in that, can anyone confirm the width of the SRT-10? Fromn Dodge's webiste and other sources such as Edmunds.com I have a wifth of 75.2 inches. It is not clear, however, if they are measuring from the outer surface of the rear wheels to the outer surface of the rear wheels or if they are measuring from the outside tip of the side mirror to the outside tip of the other side mirror. I need the latter measurement. Thanks in advance for your help.

Rich,

I measured it out to be somewhere in the 78-79" range. It's pretty difficult to get a balls-on measurement, because the windshield prevents running the tape measure directly from the tip of one mirror to the tip of the other. Hope that helps, however.

Armorgod -- thanks for the measurement. Just out of curiousity, does the Viper owners manual have a page on dimensions of the car that measures the exact width from side mirror to side mirror? Thanks.

Mine is exactly 79" wide measured with two four foot levels set plumb with the outermost edge of the mirrors with the car cover on.
