This is one of the parts for my car (I think). I don't know what it is. Does anyone know what it is and where it goes? I thought it was the bracket for the hood switch, but its different than the pictures of other ones that I have seen, and I can't seem to figure out a way to mount it by the p/s hood latch. Please help.

They relocated the hood switch for the alarm on the early 1996 GTS's. It appears that that is part of that relocation package.

Do you know where it was relocated to?

They moved it from the front right hood latch area to below the right hood spring support.
