I considered making metal looms for my 10mm wires, but I was worried that there would be too much risk of creating an arc to ground unless they were heavily insulated. Course the 10mm may have enough insulation where it wouldn't matter. Would look good though.

Call Moody Mfg. in California. Ask for Dan 408-982-9137.
Make a paper layout of what you want and I will build them.
They can be polished or anodized. Black,Blue,Red,Gold.
Keep in mind the Anodize is a $75.00 minimum lot charge.
If there is a demand for, say 10 sets, this would help keep the cost down. I hesitate to estimate the cost with out seeing a sketch only to be fair. This is not meant to be an add but a Viper Club Resource.
We (not I) built some for our Panoz and we have not had any shorting. They look clean and hold the wires down with wire ties (any color).
I normally build Space products but this is the fun stuff.

V10MOJO:

it might look nice, however, you are looking for trouble. You want to insulate the wires from the block, not, electrically attach them to the block.
