PO61A Error - Ideas?

I have a stock 2014 GTS with 3,500 miles that generated a PO61A error.

I drove the car about 50 miles today without any issue. Two hours later I started it and it would barely idle. While it was running the "lightning bolt" electrical light came on. I shut it off and restarted it. It seemed to run fine, all the gauges look OK but the engine light came on and now there is a PO61A Error. The diagnostic on the dash says "Level 2 Torque Performance".

Any ideas?

Dealer? Isnt it under warranty?

I put the trickle charger on overnight and prepared myself for a morning of testing.

I connected my ODBII tester with Live Diagnostic mode and all looks good. No lights, no codes.

Went for a quick drive and everything looks normal.

It's hot bugger here in Texas. Maybe it didn't like coming into an air conditioned shop after being out in 100 weather all day?

Washed and put a coat of wax on it hoping a clean machine is a happy machine.
