Did a cursory search for this, my bad if there is already a thread I missed.

I have a 2010 B/W SRT10 and plan to polish/seal/wax etc. I use a Griot's random orbital polisher. Do I need to worry about the stripes getting damaged as I work from paint to stripes? Do I polish the stripes?

Stripe/decal care

Been using their products for years. It was suggested to me and I'll pass this along to you.... Do not polish the stripes. Best method is just clay bar after washing and a nice coat of Paint Sealant or Best of Show wax.

On my '08, I just taped off the edges of the stripes off and buffed the base color.

I did a test spot of going over the edge of the stripe and it did show signs of damage so I would stay away from them unless taped off.

If the stripes are paint polish with car~

Agreed, BUT in this case, the stripes have an edge to them that you can catch and potentially damage if using a machine polisher. Taping those edges is the safest way to address them in this case. I understand why Prefix did it this way, but it does have some drawbacks.
