Prefix - Another vendor comment

[WOT!]

I haven't seen people post much about Prefix, so I figured I just had to pass on my short story.

I contacted them by email inquiring about some blue touch up paint. I have a VOI car and wanted to be prepared. I tried a local dealer, but since the strips were painted by Prefix they could not help me.

I got an email back from Eric willing to help me out. Once he knew what I wanted, he had the paint department make up a batch for me. From what I gather they had to do some extra work.

It gets better. Eric shipped it me free of charge, then gave me all his contact information including his personal cell phone number to provide mixing instructions.

Now that's service. Right up there with Chuck Tator and Jon B. to name a couple.
