Problem with the Viper store

Has anyone else had an issue with receiving products purchased through the viper store? I paid for RT/10 emblems from the viper store on Jun 8th and have twice requested information through email as to when they ship and tracking info. I have not received any response.

Anyone else have this happen?

I had a big issue with them once. Happily, they gave me a complete refund, so I can't bash too much. There was a thread a while back with other unhappy campers. Back then I was hoping the VCA would pull their sponsorship. Haven't heard much as of late.
