What's a good starting point for a trip to the track with 345-30-19 PS2s?

Is your car stock?? I'd start with 25 lbs. See how well it hooks. Drop maybe to 22-23 lbs. See how that goes. Wouldn't go below 20 lbs, though.

I like 20-21 PSI.

My best 60fts when I was N/A and had stock rims with the 345/30/19 PS2's were also in the 22-23 psi range. This was also a fairly warm tire.
I usually set tires at 25 psi whent I get to track, then slowly lower them and compare launches and 60 ft times. You'll find something that works for you. It should be no problem getting 1.8 60 fts once you lower pressure and find the sweet spot.
