Ok another probably dumb qwestion.

Has anyone used these on the Viper and if so what did you find? It claims HP increase and gas use decrease.
I'm Sckeptical!!

Most anything placed in the intake or exhaust airflow will reduce HP.

Most modern engines have computer modeled "swirl" introduced into the combustion and intake chambers to optimize combustion.

No need to swirl it up more.
