Let me try to piece this together here. Someone took a Gen III motor, converted it to 4 cams but decided to use the Gen I twin throttle bodies with twin cables and Gen I alternator and intake. That must have cost some serious money.

It would be the ultimate stealth motor!

40 valves makes sense - there is ahuge amount of gain in that - but 4 cams does not make as much sense. The advantage of OHC vs OHV threshold is at rpms way beyond anything an 8 litre engine will see. The lighter valvetrain of a 4V engine makes OHV the most efficient design up to 10,000rpm. So don't be jealous of the quad cam engines - it's the 4V that makes the difference.

Actually, the owner doesn't even know what a Gen III (2003) engine looks like as the picture is a Gen I.

(1.) that engine your trying to auction is from a 95 RT/10, not a 2003.
(2.) the size is 8.0 not 8.3.
(3.) in all cases the viper has only ONE cam, you fvcktard! Nice scam.

Perhaps the extra three cams are spares.
