Question about Thermostat.

Well i tore into it last night.. My Water pump is bad. The impeller spins on the shaft, If i hold the belt side and spin the other side it has no tension what so ever on the other side.

Next question. Is it ok to buy a remand one, or go OEM? I just dont want OEM to have the same problem.
