I have done a number of valve covers(not viper) and had absolutely no problems. The powderpainters proably won't take the temp to 200 C. Should do fine. Let us know how they turn out.

200C is going to be trouble. My powder coater runs there oven at 400F so right above 200C on the initial bake. 200C would be pushing it and man does powder stink when you over heat it.

Optimum temperature for curing powder is actually bringing the part to 385 degrees which normally takes 15-25 minutes. We do them all the time!

And the valve covers will be OK at this temp?????

Just been up to the powder coaters,They are worried about the sealer in the valve covers (inside at the top)also sand blasting as well..
Intake is fine just alot of masking to be done..

Cheers Tony The shipping might be more than the work itself..
Companys over here dont seem to want this sort of work...
Managed to get some washers that are a nice tight fit in the injector ports..
And i'm going to get some plexiglass for the throttle body inlets and put the bolts through..
