Question on white color

For those that have seen it, is it more of a plain "artic white" like BMW carries or more towards Lexus "pearl white" with some shimmer in it?

Curious minds.

They have had Bright white in the past , and considering they have made so few in white , it does pop off nicely .

There have been a couple different whites over the years. In '96 and '98 there was "Stone White." The "White Mambas" in '04 i believe were the same white as '96 & '98 if im not mistaken. In '09 & '10 they went to a Bright White which really stands out. That is probably closer to the white SRT has on the car now. The '96/'98 white was a little flatter/duller then the '09/'10 white.

Hmm...I don't think thats accurate. 09-10 got a real bright white The 2006 white/blue coupes looks almost creamy white

All Viper dealers should have samples you can go and look at. I was curious about the black because the 2013 GTR I had was A LOT more black metallic than the earlier flat black that I preferred. It looks like the Viper black is a solid, deep black.

it is a bright white. not pearlized or flat like bmw or yellow tint like Mercedes/lrexus

Yes. Confirmed with Mr. Gilles at SEMA that the black had no flake in it, which is what I wanted.

There have been at least two different white colors on the Viper. The Bright White, and the creamy Stone White. The '06 blue/white and white/blue cars are Stone White. The Gen 4 cars were Bright White. Gen 5 cars are Bright White. I believe the earlier Gen 3 Mamba cars were bright white?

That's kinda weird they have the same paint code... I agree with AbsolutHank that the 2006 white/blue (voi edition) was an eggshell color whereas the 2009 (seen on an acr) was a bright white... Maybe the voi used a different white?

VOI '06 is Stone White. Same color used on the stripes of the '06 First Edition blue/white cars.
