Like others have said, congrats to the person with the car and I hope it works out OK in the long run.
I don't think anyone ever said that the car didn't exist or anything like that.
There is still zero proof that the raffle was licensed and legal, where the drawing was held, who witnessed it, who regulated it, etc.
The fact that someone actually has the raffle car does not mean that everything is/was on the up-and-up.
And no, I am not accusing the winner of any wrong-doing at all, as I have no idea who he is, or anything about him.
