1) All 2011 VCA members as of April 8, 2011, may participate in the raffle.
2) Tickets are $125 each, or in groups of three tickets for $300. Venom members may also buy more than one group of 5 tickets for $500. Ticket orders for discount packs, such as the Venom 5-Pack and standard 3-Pack need to have consecutive raffle tickets numbers to receive any discount. Final deadline for receipt of mail or faxed orders is April 22, 2011. The drawing is May 6, 2011. Winner need not be present to win.
3) Winner must take delivery of the vehicle within 90 days of when the vehicle is complete. All delivery charges are the responsibility of the winner. The vehicle is U.S. DOT Specification. Winner will be contacted by telephone and receive certified mail notification.
4) All applicable taxes, license and fees are the responsibility of the winner based on the retail value of the prize. Federal law requires the deposit of 28% of such value to be applied toward the winner's tax liability before the prize can be released.
5) Odds of winning will be based on the total number of tickets sold.
6) Tickets will be issued only to the name(s) listed on the ticket form itself. The prize will be awarded on the same basis. Winning tickets cannot be assigned, transferred or sold.
7) 2011 National VCA officers, J.R. Thompson Company employees, and President of Motor City Viper Owners, Inc. may not participate in the raffle.
8) Requests for tickets must be sent on this official form and mailed to Viper Club of America - RAFFLE, 26970 Haggerty Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, or fax the order to (248) 553-2138. You may purchase tickets online at www.viperclub.org/raffle. Upon receipt of the ticket order form, your ticket(s) will be forwarded to you via first-class mail.
9) Results of the drawing will be certified at J.R. Thompson Company at 26970 Haggerty Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48331. Drawing will be held at this inside location between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. EDT, and will be held regardless of weather.
10) The winner will be selected from the container in which the purchased ticket stubs for each entry shall be mixed and drawn on a random basis. Each ticket shall have equal chance to win.
11) This offer is void where prohibited by law.
12) Ticket requests received by fax or mail after April 22, 2011, will be returned.
13) Ticket requests are subject to acceptance by VCA.
14) Results will be posted on the VCA Web site, Viper Club of America.
