Raffle update post is gone?

Last week, we had a post referring to the 2002 raffle.

A guy asked for an update - how many tickets have been sold so far?

Interesting question, or?

The post is no longer on this board?

I have tried a search - NO result!

I don't recall that post... but:

Here's an update:

Raffle sales were completed last week and the ticket sales were brisk! We'll have a final tally shortly (very close to a sellout!)

Someone is going to be a very happy camper when that ticket gets pulled!

It was not posted in the EVENT section.

Or maybe the RAFFLE section. Since it is a 2002, you'ld think this was the correct section, but who knows?

Guys,

I just did a search on "raffle" and I found quite a few topics that are still open.

I did notice that you have to change the search criteria to ALL FORUMS, as it defaulted to one specific forum.

I've tried searching (switched to ALL open forums/archives!) for
my Username AND for the word "raffle" and, I know I have posted and that I am the author of the post and that the word "raffle" was in the message...........nevertheless, post not found !?!

It is amazing how much time and money gets spent persuing subjects of little significance. Guy asked a question and got an answer. Now it has turned into a mountain of research on a subject that is so outdated as to lose any of its original value.

I dont know if it is really indicative of the toatals but tickets
in the mid 1300 sequence arrived Monday, the 4th.
I do hope there are a lot more to be shipped out.

My second round of tickets are numbered 1710 and 1711. Recevied yesterday - expect that they were among the last.

All tickets have been shipped, so you should have them sometime this week, hopefully?
