I tend to agree - it took me 5 months to sell the Porsche (waiting to be picked up now) and I lowered it quite a few times to a point where it was a steal, and I still had very little interest. And if I were to wait it would have only gotten worse in that I would have to keep lowering it in order to sell it. However, if you don't need the $ you don't have to sell but if you want to sell then you might as well do it since I doubt prices will go up much, if at all.
