I think that's reasonable if it had been at least a good year. The fact that not only do we feel that sales were soft, but SRT (Ralph) has publicly stated sales were down and there is now a production impact. This could impact #s and/or models. They could push the vert out on hopes to push up sales, or go the other way & delay since sales are not on target, this is the biggest specualtion IMO. For the ACR it's a bit more speculative, since the did the TA they kind of addressed the top end of the performance edge for now, they may not move to an ACR until sales go better or they get spanked by the C7ZX7, whatever comes from GM. Unfortunately, if I were a betting man, I'd add 1 yr to all of your future model dates.

I think the ACR maybe sooner than we all think. Unless this is a custom one off bumper that Capt Van took at Prefix...

My view:

2013MY -- GTS and SRT trim released. First MY for Gen V
2014MY -- TA package added. Inventory stacks up on dealer lots.
2015MY -- Chrysler pulls plug on Viper program.
2016MY -- Last "new" 2014 MY Viper sells from dealership.
2017MY -- Viper fans complain that the Viper is dead.
2018MY -- Gen 5 owners see resale values hold steady.

Ralph already said the ACR is coming before the Vert for homologation reasons.
I bet the ACR drops in 2014 with vert to follow shortly after.

No way Viper is done after two model years. Not with the work and $$$ put into the program.

They seem to be betting pretty big on racing, and are doing well... I'd just love to know if the bet has good enough of a payout.

Those parts look like Comp Coupe Parts, GEN 3 Car. If they want to put their funds into racing
it has to be Grass Roots. Recently the ACRX has received a free pass for race weekends. They pay
no fee to race & its been that way this season in NARRA. They should put together a series that includes
tow funds, and cash prizes instead of a tire or brake pads. For the last race weekend at Atlanta, ACRX drivers
did not have to come up with $1500.00, but all the other racers did. For a $1500.00 entry fee i should expect
some sort of compensation, Spec Tires being purchased only by an authorized NARRA Dealer.

What is up next for Viper Racing ??? a $400K Viper that only a few can afford or a Re Vamp of the Comp Coupe
Program with new technology? I'm sorry for the rant....The only Viper i will ever purchase again is a Race Version.

Let the Street Viper Program die peacefully. I'd be more than happy to bid to purchase every thing needed to build cars @
my shop, or sell them as rollers or even as Kits (super performance), maybe even get some of the Great Viper Techs to work
together building a kit for customers. Engines are plentiful, or put your HEMI in your Viper.

Dont see how they can continue with hundreds of 2013's sitting at Dealers and 2014 starting to stack up and will continue to stack up for the next 4-5 months...
They better start making ACR's and Converts real soon...even still .. I think its too late....SRT sat on their hands too long and have lost
too much momentum, have devalued their brand, and allowed dealers to disrespect the potential and actual Viper buyers. Not to mention there still are no aftermarket Mopar goodies or the ECU code release that was promised by Ralph...
Ive had the Gen V for more than six months and there is nothing to buy for it from Mopar, and little in the aftermarket.

I Still love the car...but SRT has let us Buyers hangin.....as we've seen the destruction of the brand right before our eyes...
