You may in fact like the 3.55. Gives the car a bit more kick!

The bonus on the 3.45's versus the 3.55 is in drag racing. The 3.45 allows modified cars to pass through the traps at optimal speed. Where as the 3.55's may require a shift to 5th.

This DOES NOT apply to stock Vipers. Even with my 565RWHP, I could still pass through the traps in 4th gear with a 3.55 - just barely. (I have 3.45's)
