Your mod list sounds well within the adaptability range of the stock controller. Sean Roe's VEC1 would probably make a worthwhile improvement in performance for a very modest financial outlay.

Roe Racing computer will give a stock or mildly modified viper about 16rwhp. I have seen other people post with modified heads and cam and such up to 40+ rwhp before and after dyno results with the VEC.

Do a search, I cant remember now.
