If so, the intenerary ought to leave off the Ring, LeMans and other French and German destinations. At the very least, bring in enough gas bought outside Germany so you can run the Ring without spending any money there ! Hopefully it's located close enough to a border that you can stay in another country. At the border, refuse to pay any entry tax too !
