remove cats

Can I remove the cats on my 2000 RT/10 without problems? and do I also take out the resinators or leave them in and put in a straight pipe. thanks for any info. want it loud.

CATs are not just "Bolt On" straight through items like a traditional car. They come off the Header pipe and turn 90 degrees. You can't just unbolt them. You have to cut them unless your putting headers on at the same time.

It will smell a lot more without them. If you want it louder, you can just delete the rear mufflers.
