One question... Why do they say send the form back in the return envelope if they don't send you a return envelope???

So I did it on-line using PayPal. Sweet.

I "ASS"ume they figure people mostly will fax the form in. If you read the form itself, it actually says 'indicate any changes...etc...on this form and fax it back to us."
