Repair shop near Costa Mesa, Santa Ana for RT/10 recommendation?

Hello, my fuel tank leaks on my 1993 RT/10 if I fill it up past 1/4, and I've read on here that it could be a $15 rubber grommet "fuel tank filler neck seal". I imagine thats not an easy thing to replace. Does anyone know a good repair shop for these cars near zip 92627, SoCal, costa mesa or santa ana CA? Thank you! Looking to sell after I fix it.
