The whole idea of putting the service manual on a CD is stupid in my opinion. Last thing I want to do when up to my elbows in grease is go into my office and start messing with my computer. I've heard the argument that it's better to just print out the pages that you need and that way you can get them as dirty as you want without ruining the whole manual. Unfortunately, that doesn't work so well in the real world. When you run into something unexpected you often have to go back into the manual to look something up in a different section. Having to go all the way back to my computer and print out extra pages would annoy the heck out of me.
