rocker adjustment?

whats the procedure to adjust the rockers? tq specs? on an 04 SRT anyone know?

no, I actually just bought the car, and put less then 500 miles on it since I bought her, the dealer claims they did a "valve adjustment" because it was ticking (which it didnt do on the test drive)

would a bent pushrod make noise on both sides?

Can you take it back to the dealer to fix it. Should have come with some 30 day warranty at least.

its all the way in MD and besides if they did this terrible of a job I just want to take it to Tators and send him the bill. just kind of looking to see how much money im in for

a buddy of mine bent one of his pushrods on a gen2. it was coming from the one side mostly but kinda hard to tell. pop a VC off and have a look maybe. its free and easy

I popped one off and everything looked fine, which worries me more

did you looks straight down the pushrods with a light ? maybe try and wiggle them ?

I didn't go that far, I think im just going to wait for Chuck/Rob but until then im gonna worry like crazy and think the worst

If that thing has 0w40 in it then it will make ticking noises. For summer use you can use 15w50 and it will not make noise.

The stock rockers are not adjustable.
