On an otherwise stock '99 RT/10, will a Roe SC w/ 7 (or 8) pound pulley + headers and exhaust get 700+ HP to the ground?

RedGTS is correct. My car with headers/exhaust, 1.7 rockers and throttle bodies at 7 psi made 623 rwhp and 641 rwtq. The throttle bodies don't help much. That was good for a 10.41 @ 135 mph.

Finally got it !

Tony was that with any upgrades to the fuel system?

Only the parts that come with the supercharger plus a boost a pump, which are: Larger injectors, fuel rails (because the stock rails are built into the stock intake which is removed for the s/c) and the Vec2 to control fuel. My lines, pump etc. are still stock. I am not real sure that I needed the boost a pump but I already had it. I made 720rwhp and 820rwtq with the stock fuel system also.....with the custom nitrous kit I put together, I use propane as the fuel. That was good for the 9.85 pass.

Here's a set of before and after graphs from a '97 GTS with tubes, filters, high flow cats and fabricated 3" cat-back. The change was the addition of the Supercharger with an 8 psi pulley (2.65" diameter). This was on 93 octane gas.
If you wanted to get closer to 700 at the wheels (about 805 at the crank), you'd have to look at adding 1.7 rockers (adds 26 RWHP at the peak) headers (about 25 RWHP at the peak) and race gas (allowing more timing advance). The net result should be about 650 SAE RWHP, with about 685 actual on a 65 degree day. Heads at about $2,560 would get another 50 at the rear wheels. Then you'd need the fuel pump voltage booster and maybe a Walboro 255 pump. I know of one guy with a similar combination that is making 675 SAE RWHP (stock pump, voltage booster, 7 psi pulley, heads by a shop in his area, etc).
