SAE or metric?

Here is a lame question. I have a toolbox full of metric tools (thanks to mitsubishi) and I have a bunch of SAE tools on my Christmas wish list for the Viper, but it dawned on me that perhaps it is metric since many car companies seem to be migrating that way. Or worse yet, it has a mix. Obviously, I have not yet had a chance to take a tool to it yet and my service manuals haven't yet arrived.

What's the deal, do I get new tools for Christmas or not?

Yep. I was really shocked to find that my Harley, about as American as you can get, has a lot of Metric fasteners on it...

I don't care which they use, I just wish they could be consistant on the entire vehicle!!!
