I also purchased his kit and modified it to pick up 2 more notches rearward, about 3/4". Now I can't even get my fingers down behind the seat.

Make sure the bolt is on top and nut below so that the aluminum track will slide over it. At this point you will see the seat track pin will hit the aluminum rail but still having more notches for the seat to go back. I filed about 3/4" more off the aluminum rail that comes with the kit to allow for the seat to go back 2 more notches. If you buy or have the kit on your seat and turn it upside down, you should see what I'm talking about.

Bought mine from Partrack.com. Not sure if it's Northwind. Will be the first mod to an SRT/10, if I ever find one.
One thing I will do first is paint the base semi-black to blend better with the carpet.

Same part, PartsRack sells Northwind items like they do other items.

the notches are already in the seat track, however on mine the aluminum track from Northwind restricted the seat from moving back into 2 of the existing notches. I filed about 3/4" of the aluminum Northwind track. The aluminum track from Northwind is already milled out, I just made their notch a little longer.
