99% sure I have my original in a box somewhere in the garage. If I can find it I will post here.

Finally found the original AM/FM-Cassette deck pulled from my 1994 in late 1995, maybe 1996. It was working fine when I had it yanked in favor a the hot new format at the time -- MiniDisc.

Anyway, here are some photos of a lightly-used Mopar part number 4643021 that I'm willing to part with. It was working just fine when when I had it pulled out, but be advised that the "up arrow / down arrow" button does not click anymore when pressed. All the other buttons seem to be working fine (i.e., they "click" and pop back up after being pressed).

All of the rear connectors are original/stock as far as I know.

Also included is the original bezel -- quite fragile plastic, but all the tabs are intact, so it should snap right in for you.

I'm happy to answer any questions prior to purchase, but this is sold as-is. If you get it installed and it won't play your old Pearl Jam cassette, no refunds.

Best offer!
