I have been doing some research and have decided that I want a Gen I Viper.
My requirements are as follows:
94-95, A/C, Red, No modifications, including factory radio, less than 20k miles, no accidents, title scrubbing, etc. My preference would be to find a California car, but this one is negotiable.
I know this list is restrictive, but I am in no hurry and willing to pay a fair price.
I have two questions:
1. What things mechanically should be I pay close attention to when looking at prospective cars?
2. Once I purchase a car, what things should I have serviced/replaced? Remember the idea is to keep this car as close to stock as possible. But I understand that tires/gaskets and the like have improved with time and should be replaced.
Thanks!
