Well, in the market for an RB1 Nav radio since my stock unit died. Dealer said they would install the RB1 for me if I brought it to them.

If you have one that you are willing to let go for a decent price - send me a PM

Thanks

You can usually find a few on eBay for a decent price (about 1/2 the new price). Most came out of new cars that upgraded their head units. I got one in June and it is perfect.

I took a look on Ebay but wouldn't mind buying from a "Trusted" VCA Member if anyone has one. Ready to move on it immediately.

Thanks again!

Yeah, it didn't take any time at all...the longest part was unscrewing everything and making sure not to scratch the panels! Once I got all the screws out, it only took about 5 minutes to swap the units and run the cables.

Where does the cable for the GPS recv'r head to? Any anti-theft codes to put in? It sounds pretty simple and I'll pick one up on ebay.

Their junk compared to aftermarket. The Nav system
uses keys instead of touch screen and the map CD uses the same lazer reader the music CD does. In other words no CDs while using the nav system and use the knobs to enter the destination.

Just my 2 cents,
:D
