Sell RT/10 with Supercharger or Remove and Sell Separately

So I'm selling my Roe Supercharged 1998 RT/10 (in the classifieds) but wondering if I'm better off removing the supercharger and selling it separately and put the car back to stock. I'd rather sell it as a package deal as I'm too busy nowadays to swap it back out unless I just had to. And I really don't trust any Dodge dealers locally to do the swap either. So, does the installed supercharger affect the sellability?

BTW, dropping the price to $40K (with supercharger installed).

Rule of thumb is that you can get more money selling mods separately.
