They are a well known American car importer company baised in the London area, if you are a proffisional business man and wish to own a Prestege car this company offeres in house servicing etc.

They will sorce a car to your requirements.

Note that the seller does not say that the car exists yet. The pictures are just stock pre-production photos from the internet. There is nothing in the ad that says that it will be sold as anything other than a used car. Surely there must be some wealthy Europeans that would want to buy the car without going through the hassle of importation themselves. Seems like a good move on the sellers part.

Pretty interesting , but since no one in the US even has a car this is somewhat bogus. Note no Vin is listed and since the bulk of the initial cars will be Red or Blue/white it could be a very, very long time before this shows up , if ever. Buyer beware for sure!!
